Quibly is a new online community for parents and guardians launching soon. The focus is on technology and what it means to bring up children in this increasingly connected world.

There was a bit in the paper today, about disabling in-app purchases, or making sure the device is linked to a prepay card with limited credit, otherwise kids using a "free" application can ring up a fortune in optional extras.
